When is my estimate visit confirmed?
We review online requests Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM Central. A preferred date or time becomes an appointment after we confirm it. For urgent tree damage, call 512-844-7055. Emergency work depends on crew availability and safe conditions.
