Before your property visit
Prepare for your on-site estimate.
A short guide to useful photos, property access and what to expect from your free on-site estimate.
Three useful photos—only from a safe place
- The whole tree or work area: a wide view that shows the size and surroundings.
- Access: the driveway, gate or route equipment may need to use.
- The concern: the branch, debris or affected structure, without walking under damage or approaching wires.
The request form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos. It reduces them before upload and removes original GPS metadata. Photos stay private and intake copies expire after 90 days.
Never climb a tree, move a damaged limb or approach a utility line to take a photo. For immediate danger, move away and call 911 or your utility. For urgent tree service, call 512-844-7055 instead of waiting on the form.
Have these details ready
- Your property address and the best callback number.
- Which trees or areas are included—and which must stay untouched.
- Known access restrictions, locked gates, pets, parking limits or occupied work areas.
- Known utility, irrigation, septic or other property features to discuss during the visit. A customer photo is not a utility locate.
- The owner or authorized property contact, especially for rentals, shared boundaries, businesses or HOAs.
- Your timing and what you want done with wood, brush and debris. Do not assume stump work, hauling or backfilling is included unless written in the scope.
What happens next
- Request received: keep the request number shown after submission.
- Visit arranged: we review your request and confirm a visit. A time selected online is a preference only.
- Scope reviewed: tree condition, access, equipment, crew, debris and cleanup are evaluated before pricing.
- Work agreed: review the scope and scheduling details before work begins.
Common questions
Can I get a firm price from photos?
Photos help us understand the request. They do not replace the on-site review needed for an accurate scope and estimate.
When should I follow up?
Requests are reviewed Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM Central. If you have not heard from us by the next business day, call 512-844-7055 and mention your request number.
Should I send a gate code in the form?
Describe the access restriction without publishing sensitive access codes. Arrange access directly when the visit is confirmed.
Does sending a request book the work?
No. The form starts a conversation. Neither an estimate visit nor the work is confirmed solely by submitting it.
