Yes. We review the tree, property access and cleanup with you before pricing the agreed work.
Can you handle large or hazardous trees?
We evaluate large, dead, damaged and hazardous trees. The work plan depends on the tree, nearby structures, access and the equipment required.
What happens after I request an estimate?
A successful submission shows a request number. We review requests Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM Central, and contact you about the next step. A preferred visit time is not a confirmed appointment. Call if you have not heard from us by the next business day.
What if I need emergency help?
Call 512-844-7055 rather than waiting for an online response. Calls are welcome 24/7; response depends on crew availability and safe working conditions.
Is cleanup included?
We agree on brush, wood, hauling and the finished area before work begins. Stump grinding and other surface work are discussed separately when needed.
Can I get help in Spanish?
Yes. Our team helps customers in English and Spanish. Use the Español link or call us.
