What we review

Tell us whether a tree is blocking access, resting on a structure or near power lines. Stay outside the affected area. Immediate danger to people belongs with emergency services, and electrical hazards must be handled with the utility before tree work proceeds.

How we define the work

We establish the urgent scope first: the affected tree or material, access needs and debris handling. Additional pruning, stump grinding, broader storm cleanup and restoration can be discussed as separate work once conditions allow.

Before and after your visit

Document damage only from a safe position if you need records. We can discuss the work and its scope, but coverage decisions are made by your insurer. A website request does not dispatch a crew or confirm an emergency arrival time; call for urgent needs.
