A clearer plan for your property

What to discuss before tree work.

Plan a tree removal, trimming or clearing project: what to discuss, who should attend, access details and how Deleon’s confirms the work.

Start with your goal

Tell us whether you are concerned about a particular tree, need clearance around a structure, want brush removed or are preparing a larger area. Point out the trees and plants you want to keep as well as the ones you want us to evaluate.

Trimming, removal or clearing?

Trimming and pruning concern selected branches or the canopy. Removal concerns taking down a tree. Land and brush clearing covers a defined area of vegetation. These are different scopes; we review the property with you before agreeing on the work.

A photo can start the conversation, but it cannot establish everything about a tree’s condition, surroundings or access. Arrange an on-site review rather than assuming a service from a photo alone.

Bring the right property contact into the conversation

Let us know who can authorize the work and arrange access. For rentals, shared boundaries, managed properties or commercial sites, identify the responsible contact and any requirements they need to review.

Discuss access before the visit

Know what is confirmed

Submitting a request starts a conversation. An online date or time is a preference until we confirm it. Before work begins, review the trees or area included, the cleanup agreement and the scheduling details with us.

Read the cleanup and stump-work guide and prepare for your estimate visit.
