What we review

We review the tree’s size and condition, the room available to work, and nearby roofs, fences, drives and landscaping. The plan identifies the work area and equipment access. Tight spaces and compromised wood can change the approach and the time required.

How we define the work

The agreed work may include taking down the tree, cutting and handling the wood, and removing the branches and debris. Tell us whether you want any usable wood left on site. Stump grinding and replacement planting are separate items unless your estimate includes them.

Before and after your visit

Show us gates, underground services you know about, irrigation and areas you want protected. Share the approximate number of trees and whether they are standing or fallen. We confirm the scope after seeing the property; a photo alone cannot show every condition.
