A paid week to show how you work
Selected candidates begin with a paid, supervised training and evaluation week. We assess current skills, safe work habits, reliability, communication, teamwork and handling normal jobsite pressure. Tasks are assigned only after the required training and skills checks. At the end of the week, we review whether continued work is a good fit. Applying does not guarantee selection or continued work. Pay, hours, travel and the evaluation plan are agreed before the week begins.
What every role requires
Dependability, clear communication, respect for customers’ property and a commitment to safe work. Outdoor jobs can involve heat, uneven ground and physical effort. Training, supervision, protective equipment and role-specific skills checks come before assigned tasks. Pay, schedule, travel, tools and the work arrangement are discussed with each applicant.
We consider applicants based on job-related skills and qualifications. Need help completing your application? Visit our step-by-step Help guide or call 512-844-7055 for assistance.
