Information you provide

When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, phone number, property address, client or property type, organization, requested service, project size and timing, preferred visit time, and project details.

How it is used

Deleon's Professional Tree Service uses this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the requested work, arrange an on-site estimate, communicate about scheduling, prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests, and maintain ordinary business records.

Sharing and selling

Customer information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used to host and secure the website, maintain the private lead database and field-operations app, create owner-only spreadsheet backups, and deliver business email notifications. Access should be limited to the business and authorized service providers that need the information for those functions.

Address suggestions

The optional address-suggestion feature sends the address text being typed, together with a Central Texas search area, to the OpenStreetMap-based Photon geocoding service so nearby address choices can be displayed. Selecting a suggestion is not required, and the address may always be entered manually.

Website and advertising measurement

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement to understand visits and actions such as clicking Call, Text, Maps, social links, or submitting an estimate request. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive ordinary technical details such as device, browser, approximate location, referral source, and pages or actions viewed. Form-field contents, including names, phone numbers, property addresses, and project descriptions, are not sent to the ordinary website analytics event log. Advertising click identifiers and campaign details, such as a Google click ID, campaign, ad group, keyword, device, and referral source, may be stored with an accepted lead in the private business systems so Deleon's can understand which advertising produced qualified estimates and completed work. Google Ads may receive conversion, device, referral, and privacy-protected matching information when advertising measurement features are enabled. Calls routed through a Google Ads forwarding number may be recorded for lead-quality measurement; callers hear an automated recording notice at the beginning of an eligible call. The service-area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap, which may receive ordinary web-request information such as an IP address and browser details.

Security and retention

Estimate requests are transmitted over HTTPS, screened for automated abuse, stored in a private business database, and copied only to business-controlled systems configured for lead follow-up and backup. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, dispute handling, advertising measurement, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
