One place to organize the work
Field Ops brings qualified website and connected-inbox requests into business records, helps plan property visits, and keeps customer documents and follow-up together. Account connections are managed by the owner. Individual features depend on the permissions granted and the provider’s availability.
Why Field Ops connects to Google
- Account identity: confirm which Google account is being connected.
- Gmail: read selected incoming business and Yelp inquiry emails, organize qualified requests, and send business correspondence through the authorized business inbox.
- Google Ads: show advertising-account performance, including spend, clicks and reported conversions.
- Google Business Profile: check access to the business’s accounts and profile services.
- YouTube: verify the company channel, read its video information and support owner-enabled video publishing.
These are separate connections. Google shows the permissions before authorization. Field Ops does not ask for or store your Google password.
