DELEON’S FIELD OPS

Field Ops Privacy Policy

Updated September 15, 2026.

This policy covers DeLeon's Field Ops, operated by Carlos Deleon for Deleon’s Professional Tree Service, Lockhart, Texas. It supplements the website Privacy Notice. Field Ops is a private business workspace; only authorized users can access its internal records.

Information accessed from Google

How information is used

Information supports account connections, business lead intake, customer and job records, scheduling, correspondence, advertising reports, company publishing and authorized assistance with business work. The app retains delivery receipts and operational history to prevent duplicates and support troubleshooting. Imported records may be viewed and organized by authorized users according to their role.

Google user data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used by Deleon’s to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. DeLeon's Field Ops follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage, protection and service providers

Business records and integration records are stored in Cloudflare database and file services. Google authorization tokens are encrypted before storage; Google passwords are not stored. Authorized devices may hold local records and an offline cache. Access controls, revision history and recovery snapshots protect normal business use and recovery.

Information is processed by the services needed for the selected feature, including Cloudflare hosting, storage and processing, Google’s account and API services, and notification services for enabled alerts. Customer correspondence is shared with its intended recipients. Authorized business staff can access records within their permitted role. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. The app does not make private business records publicly available merely because an account is connected.

Retention and deletion

Imported customer records, correspondence receipts and business history are kept as needed for service, operations, recovery and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Removing a Google connection or revoking its permission stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase previously imported business records or copies in recovery history.

To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected] or call 512-844-7055. Identify the relevant account or record without sending passwords or payment-card details. We will review the request, verify authority where needed, and explain any records that must be retained.

Control your Google connection

You choose whether to grant the permissions shown by Google. You can revoke access in your Google Account connections. Revocation may stop inbox intake, email delivery, reports or publishing until access is restored. Contact app support for help removing a saved connection or stored records.

Policy updates and contact

Changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Contact Deleon’s Professional Tree Service at [email protected] or 512-844-7055.
