Field Ops Terms of Use

DeLeon's Field Ops is operated by Carlos Deleon for Deleon’s Professional Tree Service. It is provided for the owner and authorized business team to manage the company’s work.
Authorized business use
Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in credentials private, protect devices containing business records, and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not use the app to bypass account permissions, interfere with the service or access another person’s records without authority.
Connected services
Connecting Google or another provider grants only the permissions shown in that provider’s authorization flow. Connected features depend on the provider’s rules, availability and continued authorization. Revoking permission can stop those features. Field Ops does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party connectivity.
Review business actions
Review customer details, schedules, proposals, invoices, message recipients and publishing choices before approving actions. Estimates, invoices and recorded payment entries do not by themselves prove that funds have been transferred. A requested appointment is confirmed only through the applicable booking workflow.
Customer service terms and privacy
Tree-service work is governed by the applicable approved estimate or agreement and the website service terms. Information handling is described in the Field Ops Privacy Policy.
