Read your completed-work summary

  1. If the office provides a completion packet, open the PDF or printed summary and check the property, completed work, selected photos and any agreed follow-up.
  2. Review the recorded payment and balance with your invoice. A summary is not a new payment request or proof that an unrecorded payment was received.
  3. Follow the job-specific care instructions. Contact [email protected] about a balance or [email protected] about the work if anything needs clarification.

Contact the right team by email

  1. Use [email protected] for projects, [email protected] for application questions, [email protected] for invoices, [email protected] for website help, or [email protected] for general business.
  2. Include your name, a callback number and any request or invoice number. For website help, tell us the page, step and message you see. Do not email passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
  3. Email is not monitored as an emergency dispatch line. Call 512-844-7055 for urgent tree-service requests. Use the application form to submit a complete job application.

Plan work for a commercial or managed property

  1. Open the Commercial & property management page, then request an estimate. The form will suggest the relevant customer type.
  2. Include the property, decision-maker, access windows and any vendor-document requirements. We confirm the scope and who can approve the work.
  3. For several properties, describe the locations and priorities. The office can arrange a private partner workflow where appropriate.

Switch between English and Spanish

  1. Choose Español or English in the top navigation or mobile Menu.
  2. Finish your form in one language. Changing language opens the other page and does not transfer unfinished answers.
  3. Help is available in both languages. You can also call and ask for assistance.

Choose the right tree service

  1. Open Services and choose removal, trimming and pruning, land and brush clearing, stump work and cleanup, or planting and replanting.
  2. Read the service page, then request an estimate. If you need several services, choose the main one and describe the rest in your project details.
  3. Describe the result you want, the trees or area involved, nearby structures and equipment access. We confirm the scope at the property.

Planting, replacement trees and replanting

  1. Choose Tree planting / replanting in the estimate form.
  2. Tell us whether you want new trees, replacement trees, or an assessment of moving an existing tree. Say whether you already have the trees.
  3. Include the location, approximate size, access and your goal. Site suitability, preparation and care are reviewed before work is confirmed; relocation is assessed individually.

Check your service area

  1. Open Service areas for Lockhart and nearby Central Texas communities.
  2. Include the full property address in your request, even if your town is listed.
  3. If your town is not listed, contact us with the address and project. Coverage, travel and scheduling are confirmed individually.

Get help with urgent tree damage

  1. For urgent tree service, call 512-844-7055 instead of waiting for an online form response.
  2. Tell us the location, damage and whether access is blocked. Emergency service is subject to crew availability and safe working conditions.
  3. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. Stay away from fallen wires and contact the utility. Do not approach a damaged tree to take photos.

Estimates & visits

Request a free on-site estimate

  1. Open Request a free estimate. Enter your name, phone, property address and the service you need.
  2. Complete the project questions and preferred timing. Add helpful details such as gates, structures, access and what should remain.
  3. Complete the security check and send. A successful request shows a request number. A price and visit are confirmed with the business.

Fill out the property and project questions

  1. Choose the customer or property type that best fits: home, managed property, business or another available option. Add the organization when relevant.
  2. Choose the approximate project size and timeline. These help plan the visit; they do not set a final price or guaranteed date.
  3. In the details, describe the trees, brush or stumps, access, cleanup and any property contact or approval requirements. If unsure, explain what you know.

Enter or correct the property address

  1. Start typing the service address. If a matching suggestion appears, select it and check the city and address.
  2. If no suggestion matches or suggestions do not load, type the full address manually, including city and ZIP code.
  3. Describe gate access or location details in the project notes. Make sure this is where the work is needed.

Choose a visit time and understand confirmation

  1. Use the available date and time choices to send your preference. If a slot is full, choose another available time or describe your flexibility.
  2. A preferred time is a request. The visit becomes an appointment after Deleon’s confirms it with you.
  3. For a change or cancellation after sending, call with your name, property and request number. Do not send another estimate just to change the time.

The calendar or available times will not load

  1. Check your connection and allow the page a moment to load. Choose another date if the selected day has no available times.
  2. Read any message beside the calendar. A loading problem does not confirm a booking.
  3. If times still do not appear, call 512-844-7055 with your preferred timing. Avoid refreshing a form with unsent answers.

Add optional project photos

  1. Use the photo option in the estimate form. Choose up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 12 MB each.
  2. Use clear photos taken from a safe location. Avoid faces, license plates and unnecessary private information. If your phone uses HEIC, export a JPG first.
  3. Photos are optional. If your request is saved but a photo fails, keep the request number and contact us about sending the missing photo; do not duplicate the whole request.

Know whether your estimate request was received

  1. After sending, look for the success message and request number. Keep that number for follow-up.
  2. Online requests are reviewed Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM Central. If you have not heard from us by the next business day, call 512-844-7055.
  3. If sending is interrupted and no receipt appears, read the error and contact us to check before starting a duplicate request.

  2. Have the responsible property contact available and share any access or approval requirements.
  3. Review which work, hauling, stump work and cleanup are included before work begins. Use the planning and preparation guides for more detail.

Fix a résumé upload problem

  1. Check that the file is a real PDF, DOCX or TXT document and no larger than 3 MB. Photos, scans saved as images, older DOC files and renamed extensions are not accepted.

  3. For corrections or follow-up, call 512-844-7055 with your name and request number. Please do not send repeated applications just to check status.

The security check or Send button is not ready

  1. Keep the form open and complete the security check shown near Send. In the job application, sending stays disabled until the page confirms it is ready.
  2. If the check expires, complete it again. Check your connection and whether a browser privacy or content blocker is preventing the verification from loading.
  3. Do not refresh before saving a copy of long written answers. If the check still fails, call the business for help completing your request.

Sending failed or the connection was interrupted

  1. Keep the page open and read the message. Do not assume it was received without a success receipt.
  2. If the page asks you to retry, restore the connection and retry from the same form. If the result is uncertain, call to check whether the business received it.
  3. Avoid repeated clicks, duplicate applications or a new estimate for the same request. Save a copy of long answers before closing or refreshing.
