What we review

Point out trees to retain, fences, property lines, known utilities, irrigation, septic components and drainage features. We review terrain, ground conditions and equipment access. Marked work limits and any necessary permissions should be resolved before clearing starts.

How we define the work

Selective clearing and more extensive removal have different scopes. Discuss whether the project includes brush, larger trees, hauling, stump work or a particular finished surface. Land clearing does not automatically include construction grading or making a site ready to build.

Before and after your visit

Share approximate acreage and the intended use, such as improved access or reclaiming an overgrown section. The density and size of vegetation, slope, access and disposal needs influence cost. We confirm the plan on site rather than quote all acreage as if it were identical.
