Dense brush can hide boundaries, obstruct access and make a property difficult to use. We review the area you want reclaimed and agree which growth should be removed and which trees or features should remain.
The amount and size of vegetation, terrain, access width and hidden debris affect equipment selection and time. Tell us about old fencing, wire, dumped material or other obstacles you know about. A walk-through helps define the practical limits of the job.

How we define the work
Discuss whether cut material will be removed, processed or left in an agreed location. Larger tree removal, stump treatment, finish mowing and surface work are separate scope decisions. Clearing brush once does not prevent regrowth; an ongoing maintenance plan may be useful.
03
Before and after your visit
For multiple sections or large properties, we can discuss priorities and phases during the estimate. Clearly identify property lines and any areas to avoid. The estimate should describe the clearing area and expected finish so acreage alone is not the only description of the work.
