After tree or equipment work, the surface may need attention to make the agreed area more usable. We review the affected ground and the finish you want, then identify the practical surface work involved. The scope depends on the conditions we find.
Tell us about depressions, grindings, disturbed soil, drainage concerns and underground features. We assess access and the extent of the affected area. A surface repair is not automatically a solution for a broader drainage or structural soil problem.
Discuss the material to remove or bring in and the intended level and finish. Hauling, soil supply and turf restoration should be identified in the estimate if needed. Major grading, engineered drainage or construction preparation require a separate scope and review.
The finished area may need time to settle and may need follow-up care. Agree on how it should be used and maintained after the work. A photo and approximate dimensions help us prepare, but the estimate is based on the site rather than the photo alone.
