How to request deletion

Call Deleon's Professional Tree Service at 512-844-7055 or email [email protected]. Say that you are requesting data deletion and provide the name, phone number, email address, or service address needed to locate the record.

Identity confirmation

To protect customers, Deleon's may ask for enough information to confirm that the requester is the customer or an authorized representative. Do not send passwords, security codes, bank credentials, or unnecessary identification documents.

What happens next

Deleon's will acknowledge the request, locate information reasonably connected to it, and explain what can be deleted. Information will be removed or de-identified where appropriate, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, insurance, tax, or legal obligations.

Meta connections

You can also remove Deleon's Field Ops from Facebook's business integrations or app settings. Removing the connection stops future authorized access. To request deletion of data previously received through Meta, use the phone or email instructions above and identify the Facebook Page or Meta account involved.

Google connections

You can revoke Deleon's Field Ops from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Revoking access stops future authorized access. To request deletion of data previously synchronized into Field Ops, contact Deleon's using the instructions above.

Confirmation
